Walking is powerful!

Every great journey begins with a single step

Without a doubt, walking is the most practical and safest form of exercise💯

I challenge you to find a doctor who would disagree with that statement.

But more than that learning to put one foot in front of the other better teaches us many essential strategies for consistent success in different areas.

Let’s start by following the logic behind these five Q&A…

👉Question #1: When do you stop teaching a child to walk?

Answer: When they can walk, of course. The same goes for your personal health-related goals. Never give up, and keep making your improvements step by step.

👉Question #2: What are the smallest actions you can take that will still make impactful improvements in your trouble areas?

Answer: Learning to use the power of practical “progress goals” (like the ones offered in the Fit Professionals Newsletter and Programs) will help you reduce the self-induced stress associated with more extreme and potentially de-motivating other measures.

👉Question #3: Is there anything about my current health situation that I should be learning from?

Answer: The answer to this one is always yes. Still, no matter which other exercises you are doing, a regular practice of fitness walking can allow your mind to calm down so you can literally “take it in stride.”

👉Question #4: Is there a worst thing to avoid that will definitely waste my time and slow my progress?

Answer: Of course there is! The worst thing that can happen is that you could get injured. The Doctor’s mantra of “first do no harm” is very appropriate to repeat at this point because, really, what good is any exercise if you're laid up and unable to perform it?

👉Question #5: Can I really get in better shape and lose extra weight just by walking more?

Answer: The short answer is yes. The longer answer is that it all works better when you combine it. This means adding the nutritional and stress reduction aspects to the equation as well.
